RETURNS:
We know that choosing the right size for your dog can be tricky sometimes, specially when they are still growing.

Therefor don`t worry, you can return every item* within 30days since receiving your package.

Just follow these easy steps and conditions:

1. Items must be still unused and in it`s original condition and packing
2. Items must be sent back with tracked postage
3. Contact us before sending anything back! We will guide you thru the return process.

*Personalized items are made just for you, they are not returnable.


REFUNDS:
We will process your return within 10 to 14* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
Refunds thru Bank transfer have a 5 € bank commission.

*During peak seasons please allow up to 20 business days for your return to process.

Economy postage is available to the EU and United States. for the EU thru different carriers and for the US with USPS.

Economy postage to the EU may take from 5 to 7 business days and for the US from 5 to 10 business days.

Tracked & insured packages. Transit times: 24h within Continental Europe, 48h to the USA and other countries.

After your package has been sent out, you will receive the tracking number by mail from our system. 

Note: Some of our items have many different options you can choose from, like size, color, leash attachment, decoration color, etc. Therefore your item may not be on stock at the moment of your purchase. In this case we will work out the item of your choice within 7 days. We will inform you as soon as it is ready and shipped out.
